Returns & Exchanges

• How can I return a product I purchased online?

  To submit a return or exchange request, fill out the Return form. If you would like to exchange an item, please specify the size and color you wish to receive in return. As next, our Customer Support specialists will contact you and offer to arrange a return using Canada Post. They will fill in the waybill and provide the necessary documents for you to send the return package.

   

• What is your online return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?

  At DiNaro, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • Sale items or items purchased during promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake in processing your order.

  Please be aware that the tear-off receipt of the invoice inserted in the parcel must be filled out and sent back along with the items for us to promptly process your return and refund the money.

• How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

  Please allow up to 7 days for the amount to be credited to your account.
