Refund and Return Policy
Returns or Exchanges are accepted on items within 7 days from the date of receiving your shipment. Items returned outside of this period will not be accepted.
Several types of goods are not Eligible from being returned such as Gift Cards We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and must not have been altered or washed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All tags must remain in place. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within the allocated time frame.

- For any product 30%-49% off, enjoy a Credit in the form of a Gift that can be only used any time on the website.

- For any product 50% off of higher, the product is a Final Sale( No refund nor exchange are allowed).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
How to Return
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase ( only on our stores)
For online return, please follow the instructions certain situations:
Email support@dinaroelite.com to request a return. Please include your order number, the item(s), and WHY you would like to return them.

A return fee of $12.99 will be deducted from your refund/gift card credit.
We will review your return order to make sure you are within the 7 Days eligibility period and/or if the item(s) was on sale.
We will then email you our return process and return label in order to complete your return. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
Once your return is received, They will undergo a quality review. Di Naro reserves the right to decline a return order if the goods do not meet our quality standards and will be returned to you at your cost. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once cleared, you will receive a refund on the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost and duties) directly to the original method of payment used for the purchase on eligible item(s) or a Gift Card
Late or missing refunds
Di Naro makes an effort to process refunds as soon as they are received. Please note it could take up to 10 business days for your banking institution to post the transaction
If you haven’t received a refund yet after the 10 business days.
Then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@dinaroelite.com and we will send your the label to return the items
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return..
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
